Reasonable Fees and Flexible Fee Arrangements

Gus Suarez, P.A. – The Health+Business Law Group’s size, controlled overhead and centralized structure allow the firm to enter into creative fee arrangements with its commercial clients. Depending on the specific needs of each client and type of matter, fees can be calculated on an hourly rate or even a flat fee basis. When appropriate, fees can also be based on a combination of reduced hourly rates and contingency fees.

For business clients that wish to budget their monthly legal expenses for matters that arise during the ordinary course of business, fixed monthly retainer agreements can also be established.
